ISP Art teacher Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Collaborate on the organization and follow-up of training and development programs.

Keep Human Resources documentation and databases up to date.

Participate in initiatives related to employee well-being, organizational culture, and engagement.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Effective communication: Ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.

Organization and time management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail: Handle information and documentation with precision.

Confidentiality and professional ethics: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and responsibility.
