Description
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated People Coordinator to join our People team at a time of fast growth and change, leading on People Operations of the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on creating a great experience for our team.
The highly energetic and professional individual should demonstrate integrity and discretion in all tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.
The People Coordinator will develop their expertise across all areas of the employee lifecycle spanning Resourcing & Talent, People Operations and People Projects.

You must enjoy working independently as you will be based in our new Liverpool office, with support from both our London and global People Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate onboarding, contract changes, probation reviews and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team members.
- HRIS & Reporting: Manage People systems, maintain accurate employee data, prepare reports and track key people metrics.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support UK payroll processing by collating employee data and liaising with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Inbox & Team Member Support: Monitor and respond to People and Recruitment mailbox queries, providing timely, professional and helpful support to team members and candidates.
- General People Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the global People Team and team members across the organisation.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain and update employee files, policies and handbook content, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation and company practices.
- Local Office Culture: Champion Trivandi's culture and values within the Liverpool office, fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace environment through local initiatives, wellbeing activities and team events.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve People frameworks, systems and ways of working, driving efficiencies and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Associate Resourcing Administration: Support the management of Trivandi's Associate Network platform, WorkSuite, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate logistics for learning and development activities, training sessions and workshops.
- Employee Engagement: Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, recognition activities and company-wide events that enhance the team member experience.
- People Projects: Proactively support People initiatives and projects, contributing to the delivery of an exceptional people experience across Trivandi.
About You
The key competencies and behaviours we are looking for include:
- A genuine interest in continuing to grow a career in People & Talent, with previous experience in a HR, People, Talent or administrative role (1–2 years' experience).
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential. Trivandi offers support for professional development, including CIPD Level 5 or above study.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- People experience is a plus, but any previous administrative or customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, bringing value to wider company initiatives
- Highly motivated, driven, delivery focused, and confident
- Arabic speaker preferable but not essential
