Cardio Kickboxing Instructor – Dedham Health & Athletic Complex

Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and reliable Cardio Kickboxing Instructor to join our fitness team. We are looking for someone passionate about group fitness and committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and high-energy Cardio Kickboxing classes
• Create a positive and motivating experience for participants
• Provide safe instruction and movement modifications when needed
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage participation

Qualifications

• Current Cardio Kickboxing certification and/or Group Exercise certification required
• 1+ years of group fitness instruction experience required
• CPR/AED certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate participants of varying fitness levels and class sizes
