Odpovědnosti:

• Vyřizování a zpracování objednávek zákazníků včetně reklamací a speciálních požadavků a včasného zajištění dodávek.
• Zpracování objednávek směrem k dodavatelům.
• Komunikace se zákazníky, dodavateli a přepravci na mezinárodní úrovni.
• Odpovědnost za přesnost dat v systému.
• Zpracování a analýza dat vedoucích ke zlepšení úrovně služeb a snižování nákladů výroby.

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít:

• Chuť učit se nové věci a dále se profesně rozvíjet.
• Silné komunikační a organizační schopnosti, samostatnost, orientace na zákazníka.
• Min. středoškolské vzdělání (zkušenost v oblasti zákaznického servisu je výhodou).
• Anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni (psaná i mluvená forma).

Výhodou:

• Zkušenost s ERP systémem, zejména Oracle (nebo jiným obdobným systémem).
