WHAT'S THE ROLE

The B2B Sales Manager steers the full commercial and strategic development of LIBERTY Business’ B2B portfolio across Enterprise, Government, and SMB segments in St. Kitts & Monsterrat. This role merges market strategy, B2B sales leadership, ICT business development, and digital transformation advocacy. The position is accountable for accelerating B2B revenue, expanding ICT penetration (cloud, security, managed services, digital infrastructure), and strengthening long‑term customer partnerships. The leader will build, inspire, and manage a high‑performing team while collaborating with matrix teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes. As lead of the B2B Team (including sales support and channel sales) you are responsible for providing sales leadership, excellence and rigour within the market.

 

Activities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: -

  • Ability to work across and with matrix teams and external bodies, collaboratively to drive results.
  • Awareness of Government and Enterprise structures, stakeholders, relationships and processes to progress projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

  • Define, implement and lead the B2B Go-to-Market sales growth strategy.
  • Achieve revenue, sales, OCF, NPS and Employee Engagement targets.
  • Drive profitable business growth.
  • Establish excellent relationships with all market stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Position C&W Business as the leading “go to” partner in the market.
  • Define market succession, coaching and talent plan.
  • Ensure all colleagues have personal development plans.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Engineering, Sales, or related field OR equivalent

    Experience

    • 5+ years in B2B sales, ICT sales, or telecom technology sectors.
    • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
    • Proven track record delivering sales growth and ICT solutions.

    Technical & Sales Skills

    • Expertise in strategic selling methodologies (TAS, Miller-Heiman).
    • Knowledge of cloud, security, networking, data center, and managed services.
    • Strong consultative selling and value‑based proposal skills.

    Core Competencies

    • Analytical thinker with strategic planning ability.
    • Digital mindset; strong data‑driven approach.
    • Entrepreneurial, high‑initiative, self‑starter.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Team coaching capability; results‑oriented.
