Job Description
Tasks:
- Monitoring and tracking of defined controls and measures
- Modeling and maintenance of business processes (in ADONIS)
- Tracking of continuous improvement measures including reporting
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of documentation
- Support with data protection issues (e.g., documentation, evidence, coordination)
- Support in clarifying non-product-related quality issues
- Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Maintenance of audit plans as well as tracking of findings and measures
- Close collaboration with other standard responsible and international departments
Profile:
- Completed studies in quality management or a comparable qualification
- Experience in quality management or process management
- Initial experience with integrated management systems and internal control systems
- Experience with process modeling (ideally ADONIS or comparable tools)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly reliable work style
- Experience in handling audits and documentation requirements is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of data protection (e.g., GDPR) is desirable
- Very good English skills
