Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Sr. Manager, Benefits (Regional Lead) to join our International Benefits team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional benefits strategy, design, and operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

You will partner closely with local Human Resources, procurement, finance, and global business leaders to deliver compliant, sustainable, and highly competitive rewards programs.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor the regional benefits team, aligning local practices with global corporate frameworks and fostering professional growth.

  • Benefits Design & Financial Management: Hold overall accountability for compliant benefits design, plan renewals, funding recommendations, cost-sharing strategies, and overall budget management.

  • Compliance, Governance & Mergers and Acquisitions: Maintain strict financial controls and regulatory compliance across all countries, while actively governing all Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) benefits integrations.

  • Data-Driven Optimization & Vendor Governance: Leverage people analytics to mitigate financial risks and manage strategic global brokers and vendors against strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Operational Excellence & Communication: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver a frictionless employee experience, while executing clear communications that help employees easily understand their benefits.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

  • Overall 15+years of experience with 5+ years of progressive experience in international benefits strategy and administration.

  • Strong knowledge of benefits technology platforms, financial metrics, and regional regulatory compliance.

  • Proven people management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.

  • A change-management mindset with exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and strategic communication skills.

  • Full professional proficiency in written and oral English.

  • An outcome-oriented, decisive operational approach focused on risk mitigation and financial optimization.
