SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $77,600+
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS: Bonus at Target $19,400
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Specialist, Intercompany Accounting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of intercompany accounting across our global network. You’ll work closely with regional finance teams, shared service centers, and senior stakeholders to support month‑end close, reconciliations, invoicing, payments and continuous process improvement.
This role is ideal for a qualified or part‑qualified accountant who enjoys working across borders, solving complex accounting challenges, and gaining exposure to multinational finance operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and reconcile intercompany balances across multiple legal entities and regions
- Ensure timely and accurate intercompany postings, settlements, and eliminations
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities in line with IFRS / local GAAP
- Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches and disputes
- Partner with regional and global finance teams to improve intercompany processes
- Support audits by providing intercompany documentation and analysis
- Contribute to standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, intercompany, or financial reporting roles
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) – completed or in progress
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Experience in a multinational, shared services, or complex corporate environment
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ) and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident communicator who can work effectively across cultures and time zones
