Overview:
Senior Product Marketing at Mitel helps connect product innovation with customer needs. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of product marketing initiatives across Mitel's communications portfolio, helping translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing teams, and creative resources, you will play an active role in bringing products, launches, and sales enablement programs to market while developing a strong understanding of Mitel's products, markets, and customers.
Responsibilities:
Messaging & Content:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of product messaging, value propositions, and positioning for assigned products or solutions.
Create and update marketing assets, including product briefs, web content, sales presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and customer-facing materials.
Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging for both customer-facing and internal audiences.
Ensure marketing materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with product updates.
Launch & Campaign Support:
Support and coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities across multiple regions.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder reviews to support launch readiness.
Track project status and help identify risks or dependencies that may impact delivery schedules.
Maintain product marketing collateral libraries and content repositories to ensure resources remain up to date and accessible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing teams, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.
Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate creative development activities with guidance from senior stakeholders.
Support alignment across teams to ensure the successful execution of product marketing initiatives.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends relevant to assigned product areas.
Gather customer, partner, and sales feedback to support ongoing messaging and positioning improvements.
Maintain competitive battlecards and internal knowledge resources.
Support sales enablement efforts through the creation and maintenance of product resources, FAQs, and competitive materials.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels.
Experience developing marketing materials, presentations, digital content, or sales enablement assets.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deliverables.
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders is preferred.
3+ years of experience in marketing.
Experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
Exposure to working within regional or global organizations is preferred.
Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives.
Ability to work independently on assigned projects while seeking guidance when needed.
Proactive approach to learning new products, technologies, and markets.
Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through on execution.
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
Experience in the telecommunications, unified communications (UC), contact center, or cloud technology industries.
Familiarity with enterprise technology buyers, channel partners, and B2B marketing environments.
Experience working with marketing automation, content management, or analytics platforms.
Knowledge of go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and product launch processes.
