Overview:
As an FP&A Analyst / Controller – Financial Planning & Analytics, you will be part of the DACH Sales Finance organization and play a key role in supporting management with robust financial insights, forward-looking forecasts, and strategic decision support.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the topline of the direct sales business.
Drive financial transparency and accountability for revenue, billings, bookings, margins, and related balance sheet accounts.
Perform in-depth controlling and performance analyses to support business steering and decision-making.
Monitor and analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends.
Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities at an early stage.
Act as the Sales Finance contact for Sales and Business Operations regarding the topics above.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, Business Operations, or Project Controlling, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sector.
Strong background in (project) controlling and data-driven analysis, with the ability to interpret key business performance indicators effectively.
Solid expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
