Pelican is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Financial Business Intelligence Manager to lead the evolution of business intelligence within Finance. This is a unique opportunity to build the next generation of financial reporting, analytics, and decision-support tools while helping shape the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and IT to develop scalable reporting solutions, modernize analytics capabilities, and create a foundation for AI-driven forecasting and predictive insights.   Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI tools Transform legacy Excel-based reporting into scalable, automated, and interactive analytics platforms Build financial and operational reporting that provides actionable insights into revenue, profitability, productivity, and business performance Develop analytical models across products, customers, channels, geographies, and business segments to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to design and maintain data architecture that creates a trusted, enterprise-wide source of truth Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages that support executive decision-making and operational performance reviews Build KPI dashboards that help leaders monitor business performance, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives Establish and execute a long-term roadmap for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and predictive forecasting capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify reporting needs and prioritize analytics initiatives Lead continuous improvement efforts related to reporting, analytics, data governance, and business processes Support development and optimization of financial planning and reporting procedures Evaluate business performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve decision-making and achieve strategic objectives Actively supports and complies with Pelican’s objectives, guidelines and commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality. Perform additional duties as assigned   What We’re Looking For:  Experience in Business Intelligence, FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Finance Strong expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms Advanced SQL, data modeling, and reporting development experience Strong financial acumen with knowledge of accounting principles and business performance metrics Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions Experience working with large datasets, automation, dashboards, and financial modeling Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment   What’s In It For You:  Join a company that truly values its employees!
