Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a dynamic and strategic fundraising leader to serve as the Director of Advancement supporting the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute (NRI) and the Texas Children’s Research Institute (TCRI). This leader will drive institutional advancement strategy and philanthropic growth initiatives through major gifts, donor engagement, campaign leadership, and strategic communications. Working closely with research, philanthropy, and executive leadership teams, the Director of Advancement will play a critical role in expanding donor relationships, advancing transformational fundraising priorities, and elevating awareness of groundbreaking research initiatives across TCH.
