Job Description
Responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services, generating new leads with a purpose to convert them to opportunities then deals, support in penetrating and expansion into new market segments of FM Industry
- Supports Business Development Manager for increasing the company revenue and sales drive by bringing new contracts as well as along with operation department in expanding existing contracts with our existing clients.
- Assist in defining Marketing strategy for TFM in conjunction with the functional managers.
- Engages with internal stakeholders to discuss marketing concepts and campaigns.
- Designs the annual Business Development Plans to support the strategic objectives and in line with the budget to deliver to expectations.
- Researching and generate potential new leads and expand company’s client base.
contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing, or meeting in person - Work on technical & commercial proposals and ensure all the requirements set forth in tender documents are met.
- Liaise with all internal supporting departments for related bidding requirements.
- Attend Site surveys if required along with operations
- Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM, Sales Pipeline, etc.
- Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
- Supports in achieving BD Department set financial goals and assists in driving company growth in line with the company set goals and strategic pillars
- Relevant Experience in UAE or Gulf preferred
- 5 -8 years of Experience in relevant field or Business Development in FM industry
