Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant will support the Asia Real Estate Institutional Client Solutions (RE ICS) team in coordinating marketing activities, investor engagement initiatives, and operational processes. The role focuses on supporting investor interactions, managing marketing materials and data, and assisting with the execution of client meetings, events, and roadshows across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Client Coordination
Coordinate investor meetings, including in-person and virtual meetings, asset tours, and due diligence sessions across Asia and globally
Support the planning and execution of regional roadshows, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions
Assist with the coordination of investor events such as roundtables, conferences, and group meetings
Prepare and circulate meeting briefing notes and relevant materials for client engagements
Maintain and update client interaction records and investor information in Salesforce and other internal systems
Support the preparation, approval process, and tracking of marketing materials in accordance with internal compliance requirements
Investor Engagement & Events
Assist in coordinating investor visits, including logistics, meeting schedules, and supporting documentation
Help organize investor group events such as roundtables, working sessions, and conferences
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support event planning and execution
Support post‑event and post‑meeting follow-ups where required
Data & Process Management
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely updates in Salesforce
Assist with maintaining internal trackers for marketing materials and investor engagement activities
Support the preparation of internal reports and dashboards related to investor coverage and marketing activities
Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational enhancements where relevant
Administrative & Team Support
Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel logistics where required
Assist with preparation and organization of internal and external meeting materials
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams and regions to facilitate smooth execution of marketing and client engagement activities
Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as needed
Team Structure
The Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant will work closely with members of the Asia RE ICS team and collaborate with colleagues across investor coverage, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to support regional marketing and client engagement initiatives.

Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language preferred but not required Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
