Job Description
Role Purpose:
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business units, aligning HR practices with
organizational goals. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance on HR matters, including talent management,
employee relations, and organizational development. The HR Business Partner collaborates with line managers and senior
leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to business units, including addressing employee issues,
managing performance management processes, and advising on HR best practices. - Coordinate and lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and
support business objectives. - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and
increase productivity and retention.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a
recognized and accredited university is required - CIPD preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of partnering with business
units and providing strategic HR support. - Experience in managing complex HR issues, driving HR initiatives, and collaborating with senior
leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
