Work cross-functionally to ensure technology transitions are landed seamlessly with minimal disruption to capacity delivery to Product Areas (PAs).
Develop transition strategy, steer multi-scenario transition planning during NPI product lifecycle phases and execute transition landing into the fleet at scale. Escalation point-of-contact for all transition related issues.
Develop strong relationships with partner teams to drive alignment and structured communication across multiple organizational stakeholders.
Drive closed loop change event management - detection, impact analysis, re-planning and execution of plans of record across all relevant systems of record and teams.
Drive development and optimization of fleet transition processes and tools to automate and scale.
