Senior Survey/Geospatial Office Technician (SIT), Brownsville, TX: As Halff continues to grow our Survey practice, we are looking for an experienced Senior Survey / Geospatial Office Technician (Surveyor-in-Training) to join our team in Brownsville, TX. 3+ years of experience as a Survey / Geospatial Technician (SIT candidates encouraged to apply). Experience with Records research and deed sketches, Survey mapping and plat preparation and Civil 3D is required. Working knowledge of land surveying principles and practices. Familiarity with survey equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS, data collectors). Valid Texas Driver’s License. Proficiency in CAD and geospatial software. • Experience preparing metes and bounds descriptions preferred. Familiarity with Trimble software preferred.
