We are currently looking for a Local Transportation Planner, to join us at our facility in Gebze, Turkey. The goal of this position is to organize transport planning for shipment requests and manage related WH activities on 3rd party logistic service providers:
Key responsibilities:
- Creating shipping plans for daily orders entered into SAP, providing information flow to the warehouse and shipping company to organize necessary arrangements, providing feedback to customer representatives regarding shipping, controlling all incoming and outgoing movements in SAP, performing daily checks on the SM35 screen and resolving problems.
- Creating e-delivery notes, forwarding relevant e-delivery notes to third-party warehouses, troubleshooting errors related to e-delivery notes
- Creating and sending raw material and expiration date labels to the warehouse.
- Providing support for reconciliation between accounting and warehousing services during year-end inventory counts.
- Performing manual operations not defined in SAP-LOS integration and providing necessary information to 3rd party logistics service providers.
- Creating customer specific ASNs.
- Performing assigned tasks in the absence of a Warehousing Assistant.- backup
- Ensuring the accuracy of SAP records for returned materials.
- Checking logistics invoices, classifying costs, and forwarding them to the approval authority for approval.
- Creating e-waybills, sending relevant e-waybills to the 3rd party warehouse, and troubleshooting e-waybill errors
Key requirements:
- Academy graduated
- Ideally 2 years experience in logistics, in a general manner.
- Good level of user Excel, and the rest of Microsoft Office tools.
- SAP knowledge. Ideally WM module.
- Ideally, English Speaking Skills
- Good communication skills / towards 3rd party logistic service providers & Axalta co-workers
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
