About the Role

We're hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who is, first and foremost, a strong software engineer. You'll design and build enterprise solutions on the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem — bringing the same engineering rigor to Dynamics extensions that you'd bring to any production codebase. Clean code, sound architecture, and maintainability come first.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, andmaintaincustom Dynamics 365 solutions: C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular.js form scripts, and Web API extensions.
• Build and extend Power Apps and Power Automate flows whereappropriate —and write code when needed.
• Developintegrationsbetween Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Manage deployments through Azure DevOps with proper source control and CI/CD practices.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and troubleshoot production issues.
• Shouldhave an understanding ofMS Dynamics deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience, withsignificant timeon Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-200, MB-210)a plus.

Must have skills: 

• Programming

• Strongproficiencyin C# / .NET and JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular.js.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and unit testing.
• Git source control with disciplined branching workflows.

• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development: plugins, custom tables, forms, business rules, and securitymodel.
• Client-side scriptingfor formcustomizations.
• Power Automate cloud flows and Model-Driven App development.
• Solution lifecycle management across environments.

• Integration & DevOps

• Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
• REST API integrations between Dynamics and external systems.

Nice to have

• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) for custom UI controls.
• Azure services: Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Canvas App development.
• Experience withKingswaySoftor other ETL tooling for Dynamics.
