Job Description
Financial management for assigned customer projects (plan vs. Actuals, analysis, support actions, ensure regular project tracking) Carry out annual budget planning, rolling forecast, preliminary reports as well as long-term-planning / strategy Support monthly and annual closing activities, such as project results, margin, capitalization, provision for imminent losses, project stock reduction via customer paid amortizations, comments for business outlook meetings etc. Ensure proper preparation with project management (profitablity calculations and initial Budget/Acquisition Booklets) before presenting to the respective Management Boards Monitor Cash in / Cash out situation for assigned projects, input project related figures for common cash-planning Monitor acquisition costs for assigned projects Support training new employees Maintenance and further development of existing tools, templates, as well as support new methods, systems, tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Perform special analysis (customer - projects related)
