Lead Building Technician - Commercial (Tennessee)

The GDI Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member with commercial experience to lead the building operation technicians our Tennessee office. This Lead Building Technician will be responsible for leading the team with performing routine and specialized maintenance and repairs in various areas such as buildings, equipment, and grounds. This may include tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial duties or other specialized work as required by client facilities. This role will include oversight of repairs and work in a manner to provide guidance and insight to fellow technicians.
