What Will You Do:
Coordinating and supervising regular building maintenance and repairs.
Maintaining a safe environment for all occupants and visitors.
Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
Ensuring facilities are following applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
Responding to inquiries and requests by staff and resolving any problems or issues.
Coordinate and lead events hosted in the facility.
Run parking lot including access and spot allocation.
Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
Coordinate with Suns IT and AV departments to address technology needs and enhancements.
What We Need From Our Building Manager:
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a professional sports organization is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ability to strategically delegate tasks to team members.
Skilled and capable of working under pressure and confident problem-solver.
Quick learner who is adaptable to change.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field preferred
GED or High School Diploma Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role
