Job Responsibilities
Administer and maintain WSH-related databases and systems, including the WSH intranet portal, online incident reporting portals, and other web-based platforms.
Compile, analyze, and present up-to-date Workplace Safety and Health Safety Performance Indicator (SPI) metrics, including the preparation of bi-weekly reports and dashboards.
Use Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and charting functions, to analyze, consolidate, and validate data.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases in accordance with established organizational standards.
Support the planning and execution of property-wide WSH promotional events, campaigns, and activities in collaboration with internal departments to strengthen a positive safety and health culture across MBS.
Coordinate workplace safety initiatives, programmes, and ad hoc projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are tracked and delivered effectively.
Promote Workplace Safety and Health awareness by coordinating training courses, campaigns, and engagement activities, including the development of safety posters, communication materials, and key messaging.
Maintain and provide timely updates across WSH communication platforms.
Coordinate property-wide WSH training programmes for Team Members, including the maintenance of training databases, scheduled sessions, and certification records.
Support audit activities, compliance requirements, and internal reporting as required.
Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines to support smooth and efficient business operations.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Candidates must possess at least a degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, reporting, or operational support role.
Experience in project coordination and analytics systems will be an advantage.
Other Prerequisites
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, data validation, and basic macros.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, basic DAX, dashboard development, and data visualization.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess root causes, and make timely, sound recommendations.
A team player with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to operational challenges.
Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data accurately.
