Purpose — What You’ll Do
- Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
- Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
- Helping drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams
- Supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications using Endsight best practices
- Collaborating with Finance, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience
- For experienced CSAs, managing a small portfolio of clients to ensure they realize value from Endsight’s solutions

Experience & Skills
We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of relevant experience, such as:
- Client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
- MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
- Cross-functional, client-facing work involving operations, finance, or support
You’ll be successful if you bring:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience working in CRM and/or PSA tools
- Confidence managing recurring workflows (reporting, scheduling, invoicing support, escalations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A service-oriented mindset and steady approach under pressure
