Senior Analyst, Project Management (APAC President’s Office)
Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a high-potential Analyst to support the Chief of Staff to the Asia Pacific President at Avanade. This is a unique entry-level opportunity to work at the center of regional leadership, supporting internal strategic initiatives, business operations, and executive priorities across APAC.
The role blends project coordination, business management, and executive support, providing exposure to senior leadership, regional strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Project & Initiative Support (Primary)
- Support planning and execution of regional internal projects (e.g., strategy execution, transformation initiatives, leadership programs)
- Coordinate workplans, track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
- Maintain structured project documentation, including status updates, action logs, and reporting packs
- Monitor progress and escalate risks/issues to the Chief of Staff as needed
- Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
2. Business Operations & Rhythm of the Business
- Support the execution of the APAC rhythm of business (ROB) including monthly/quarterly reviews, leadership meetings, and reporting cycles
- Prepare executive-ready materials (presentations, dashboards, updates)
- Coordinate inputs from regional and functional teams for leadership reporting
- Track actions and ensure follow-through across leadership forums
- Support annual planning cycles, reporting, and performance tracking
3. Executive & Chief of Staff Support
- Support the Chief of Staff in driving priorities across the APAC leadership team
- Help manage communications, briefing materials, and leadership alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams
- Assist with special projects and executive priorities as they arise
- Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working
4. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and governance materials
- Analyze business data (pipeline, revenue, operations metrics) to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support automation or simplification of recurring processes

Skills & Experiences
- 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, consulting, business operations, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience in a corporate, consulting, or technology environment preferred
- Exposure to project delivery, reporting, or governance processes is advantageous
