Description
A Software Consultant (3- 4 Years experience) assists clients with the implementation and Analyzing the FBR document and understanding the requirements. Developing components and Unit Testing, Integration Testing and delivery to customer. They provide guidance on software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and offer support to ensure operational continuity after implementation. The role also involves communication with clients and teams, delivering training, and contributing to the project’s success.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
Develop technical components and unit testing. Assess customer needs and recommend WMS software solutions Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations Resolve issues by analyzing and addressing challenges Communicate technical details, status updates, and strategies to customers Collaborate with global teams within Infor and at the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions or alternative approaches
- Experience with business process flows and technical applications
- Experience working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech – (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical)/MCA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Designing and coding applications based on Java application
- Independently involved in Build and Unit Test of application
- Communicate with onshore and client stakeholders to understand technical requirements
- Candidate should have hands-on experience with Core Java technologies and SQL
- He / She should have some exposure in communicating with the client stakeholders.
- He / She should be a good team player and should be ready to work and collaborate with team members
- Experience with software implementation processes
