Maintenance Manager

In this role, you will maintain plant equipment and facilities to support 24/7 operations Supervise and lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team using best-in-class standards for performance and safety Collaborate with engineering, lab, and operations teams to ensure maintainable product and project designs You will train staff on maintenance processes, including preventive/corrective maintenance, inventory control, and shutdown procedures And you will track and report equipment and team performance using industry metrics (e.g., availability, lifecycle analysis) Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of maintenance staff Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for long-term system optimization Also, you will oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
