Job Summary**
Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking an entry-level HVAC Helper to assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC trade.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist HVAC technicians with various tasks including carrying tools and materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing equipment.
* Learn and apply basic HVAC principles and safety procedures.
* Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigeration lines, and other system components.
* Support technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications**
* No prior HVAC experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
