You will manage and administer the Infor Managed Services (IMS) agreements in line with company policies and procedures, Project Management guidelines, and Service Delivery best practices. The number of customers in your portfolio will depend on the size and complexity of the contracts.
You will be in direct contact with customers, addressing their enquiries and ensuring smooth and effective resolution of reported issues. Close cooperation with internal teams such as Operations, Financial Services, Technical and Functional Support, and Project Management is part of daily activities.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and the Project Team to ensure all contractual matters are addressed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Using problem‑solving skills to respond to complex customer inquiries and propose the best business solutions
- Administration, review, and management of assigned contracts to ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Preparing and maintaining up‑to‑date operational document libraries, operating reporting tools, and creating reports for customers and internal stakeholders
- When required, effectively managing key ITIL processes with minimal supervision, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent English skills (oral and written)
- Fluent German (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge and/or experience in general corporate business practices, contract management principles, and analytical skills or relevant vertical knowledge
- Client‑oriented and self‑motivated mindset, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring high quality of service delivery
- Ability to follow guidance from the direct Supervisor and effectively interact with all levels of management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional EMEA language skills
- Project Management certification and/or ITIL Foundation v4 knowledge
- Experience in a Service Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager role
- Background in Account Management and/or Consulting Management
- Familiarity with business processes in Logistics, Sales, and Finance
