Role Description
- We are seeking a qualified Workday HCM Consultant with over 6 years of experience in Workday HCM, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, with preferred knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
- Candidate/Applicant will be a member of cross-functional IT delivery team that includes business analysts, developers and testers.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead feature implementations and enhancements and configure and support Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Advanced compensation
- Design and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, and notifications
- Good understanding of Workday security (roles, domains, BP security policies)
- Maintain Workday integrations, including EIBs (Inbound & Outbound)
- Create design, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields based on use cases
- Run production deployment and releases through established release management processes
Your skills and experience
- Overall experience of 6 – 10 Years with hands‑on experience with Workday HCM, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, with preferred knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security model, and business process framework
- Fundamental knowledge of and worked on:
- REST and SOAP APIs
- JSON, XML
- Object‑oriented programming concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Advanced, Matrix, and composite reporting and BIRT
- Fundamentals in Workday Studio, RAAS-based integrations
- Technical background in PMD, SMD, AMD, Model Components, and Orchestration
Nice to Have
- Workday certifications (Extend, Compensation, Reporting, HCM etc.)
- Additional experience with other Workday modules, like Workday (Advanced) Compensation, Core Compensation, Core HR etc.
- Experience with cloud‑native development concepts
- Experience working in global or enterprise‑scale Workday environments
