Job Description

Join Oak Harbor Freight Lines and be part of a team that keeps freight moving and customers informed every day. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, schedule appointments, support drivers at check-in, and help track shipments from pickup to delivery. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and customer ticketing Provide prompt, professional support to customers, drivers, and internal teams Assist with driver check-in, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete Trace freight and resolve issues involving late, lost, or misdirected shipments Dispatch pick-up requests and coordinate freight based on customer needs Enter and manage information using internal systems Build strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business   What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of customer-facing experience. Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient with MS Office (AS400 a plus). High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
