Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Customer Solutions FP&A will fill a key role within the Finance organization. This position, based in our Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna Site, will have primary responsibility for critical financial analysis and reporting. The candidate needs experience in relationship management, understanding others from a variety of global cultures, backgrounds and working styles. He or she will also need a base understanding of working in corporate Accounting and/or FP&A environments, managing financial data, and using complex models.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analyses
- Participate in and complete month-end close activities, including journal entries, labor and overhead allocations, client allocations and updating several models to tie-out the financials
- Prepare and present performance review with PH operations leaders
- Identify opportunities, prioritizing them and pursuing innovative solutions that deliver results
- Identify the most-crucial information needed to understand problems and think of alternative courses to drive effective decision making
- Maintain the financial forecast, connecting with other teams on relevant business changes and leveraging recurring meetings to update operating metrics
- Maintain reporting processes and models to facilitate reporting for a dynamic business landscape and eliminate unnecessary work
- Coordinate and collaborate with key business partners, to communicate new opportunities for the business as a whole
- Work with team members and other stakeholders to develop the Annual Operating Plan
- Participate in your own professional development through one-on-one mentor sessions with teammates and online training sessions
- Prioritize multiple projects at once
- Identify root causes of problems, proactively develop solutions, align stakeholders, and drive results
- Headcount movement and Travel and operating spend request approvals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- MBA, CPA, CMA viewed favorably
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience; preferentially with experience in the field of financial planning and analysis
- Call center or BPO experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills are critical
- Financial planning, financial analysis, data mining, or financial modeling expertise is a plus
- Experience with Power BI reporting and financial reporting software (e.g. OneStream) is an asset
- Ability and desire to learn, work hard and be developed into a FP&A professional
- Team player attitude, constantly looking to help others and move the team objectives forward
- Strong attention to detail with large numbers and complex data sets
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communications
- Analytical mindset with a deep intellectual curiosity
- Goal oriented with a track record of setting and accomplishing various goals

- Able to work flexible hours as needed during peak times and willingness to work night shift (9pm-6am PH Time) as that will be the primary schedule
