Why This Role Matters 

As a Reliability Engineer, you will ensure equipment in the plant operates efficiently and continuously. You will apply preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, support maintenance planning, and work to minimize downtime while improving overall equipment reliability. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the reliability and long-term performance of machines and electro-mechanical equipment through inspections and manufacturer-recommended maintenance practices
  • Partner with preventive and reactive maintenance teams by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support
  • Contribute to efficient operations by helping standardize spare parts and supporting inventory recommendations for materials and components
  • Analyze equipment breakdowns and downtime trends using SAP or CMMS tools to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements
  • Conduct ZFA and RCFA analyses to support continuous improvement and operational reliability
  • Apply predictive diagnostic methods such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, gearbox alignment, and motor circuit testing to proactively prevent failures
  • Develop lubrication routes and support the implementation of automatic lubrication systems to improve equipment care and performance
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor ot Master or PhD degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
  • At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing 
  • Advanced English & French or German language skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Collaborative team player with experience coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime. 
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability improvement methods 
  • Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and reporting
