You will join a team responsible for delivering a consistent and reliable client trading experience on our award-winning platform. The team oversees order handling across all asset classes and plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and performance of our trading operations.
This is a hybrid role combining trading operations and coding, allowing you to both work close to the markets and contribute to technical solutions that drive performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal alerting, monitoring, and analytics tools
- Monitor and handle execution flows across Equities, Futures, Options, and proprietary OTC products
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize trading processes and workflows
- Collaborate with leading international banks, brokers, and exchanges
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Contribute to the development and improvement of trading systems in close partnership with our technology teams
Your profile
We are looking for a curious and driven individual with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in financial markets. You enjoy solving complex problems, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where learning and adaptability are key.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong interest in automation and data-driven solutions
- MSc degree in a relevant field with strong academic results
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Solid interest in financial markets, trading, and technology
- Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
As part of the role, you will participate in a rotational schedule, including coverage of US trading hours approximately one week per month.
