- Provide sales and customer service for guest’s catering orders through phone, email, and web.
- Ensure orders are prepared, packed and delivered according to guest’s specifications, including quality and quantity of products, presentation and packaging, signage, delivery, issue resolution, invoices and payment.
- Coordinates packing and delivery of catering orders through Bi-Rite approved drivers or courier service.
- Provides a great guest hospitality with knowledge of current catering offerings through creating food and catering quotes, menu creations, along with promotion of sales.
- Ensures invoices and payments are handled according to Bi-Rite’s contracts and terms and processes payments in a timely manner.
- Assists in the successful running of the catering operations, working directly with the Kitchen and Catering teams to execute department priorities. Incudes supporting the warehouse and delivery team as needed.

- Required 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ability to learn new technologies.
- ServSafe Certification, California Food Handler card is required within 30 days post-hire. Bi-Rite provides on-site paid training and certification.
- Fluency in the English language, spoken and written.
