  • Manage end-to-end performance tracking, incentive governance, and claim management processes across OEMs, distributors, retail channels, and e-commerce platforms to ensure operational transparency and execution accuracy.

  • Monitor channel and partner performance against business targets, validate commercial program outcomes, and ensure alignment between incentive structures and actual sales performance.

  • Lead claim validation, reconciliation, and settlement processes for incentive programs, promotional campaigns, and co-funded commercial initiatives in compliance with approved policies and governance standards.

  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Internal Audit, OEMs, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue resolution, and smooth operational execution.

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making, operational optimization, and business growth initiatives.

  • Drive operational excellence by improving process efficiency, reducing operational leakage, strengthening compliance controls, and enhancing claim processing accuracy and turnaround time.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and commercial governance frameworks across all channel performance and claim management activities

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university.

Job Experience Required

  • 4-5 years of data analysis experience; 1- 2 years in a relevant field will be preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and operational management capability.

  • Good understanding of channel performance management, incentive structures, and claim governance processes.

  • Strong reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of telecom device ecosystem, distribution channels, and commercial operations.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving, compliance, and process improvement capability.
