  • Develop and execute the long-term online business growth strategy across OEMs, e-commerce platforms, delivery partners, and digital ecosystems to accelerate revenue, customer acquisition, and digital channel penetration.

  • Drive sustainable online sales growth by expanding digital channel contribution, improving conversion performance, and increasing 4G smartphone penetration through innovative digital commerce initiatives.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, online marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers, and ecosystem partners to strengthen business collaboration and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Lead joint business planning, commercial negotiations, and co-branded initiatives with strategic partners to ensure strong market execution, optimized commercial outcomes, and long-term value creation.

  • Design and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for device launches across online and delivery-led channels, ensuring speed-to-market, operational readiness, and commercial success.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SCM, Sales, Digital, OEM, and platform partners to ensure seamless execution of launches, campaigns, promotions, and customer experience initiatives.

  • Develop and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across online channels to maximize customer engagement, campaign ROI, sales performance, and brand visibility.

  • Leverage data analytics, market insights, and customer behavior trends to continuously optimize online business performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel productivity.

  • Drive innovation in digital commerce by identifying emerging market opportunities, new partnership models, and scalable online business initiatives aligned with evolving consumer behavior.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous capability development to support long-term digital business growth.

Academic Qualification

  • Business Graduate

Job Experience Required

  • 12 years of total experience inclusive of atleast 3-4 year’s relevant experience in leading/senior position.

Required Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of key industry trends, emerging digital commerce models, emerging technologies, and evolving OEM and telecommunications ecosystem dynamics, particularly across online and partnership-driven channels. 

  • Deep knowledge of the device ecosystem within the telecom industry, including OEM commercial models, online marketplace structures, logistics and delivery ecosystems, payment integrations, and enabling technologies to effectively drive device monetization across diverse digital and physical customer segments. 

  • Working understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements from relevant authorities, along with foundational knowledge of contract structures and legal considerations in OEM, platform, and partnership agreements across digital channel ecosystems.
