Senior Product Owner Salesforce 100%

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner Salesforce to join a large-scale CRM transformation programme. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog

• Define, prioritise, and refine business requirements and user stories

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and programme leadership

• Drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

• Support Agile delivery processes and continuous product improvement

• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions

Must haves:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles

• 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce programmes

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives

• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments

• Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems across business and technology functions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Professional-level English language skills
