Remote Marketing Lead (WFH)
Full-Time | Leadership Role | Permanent Work From Home

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

✅ Lead and optimize marketing campaigns that drive qualified inquiries and enrollments
✅ Improve lead response times, pipeline visibility, and conversion performance
✅ Ensure consistent, high-quality communication across the customer journey
✅ Lead marketing initiatives, experiments, and operational improvements
✅ Coordinate with creatives, operations, and leadership teams to execute campaigns successfully
✅ Drive accountability, reporting, and continuous optimization across marketing systems

WHAT YOU’LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Growth Marketing & Campaign Leadership
• Own paid social campaigns across Meta and Instagram
• Develop marketing strategies, testing plans, and optimization initiatives
• Lead campaign reviews, performance reporting, and growth recommendations
• Coordinate messaging, creative direction, and campaign execution with the team
• Manage and prioritize marketing initiatives aligned with enrollment goals

CRM, Automations & Enrollment Operations
• Oversee lead follow-up systems and pipeline management
• Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations and nurture workflows
• Ensure CRM accuracy, proper lead tracking, and operational consistency
• Improve response speed, lead handling, and conversion processes

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Help guide and support marketing execution across projects and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Operations Leadership and internal stakeholders
• Lead by example through ownership, accountability, and proactive communication
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Deliver weekly updates and monthly marketing performance reviews
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead process improvements, automation upgrades, and funnel optimization projects

✔ Launch and optimize multiple campaign tests with measurable learnings
✔ Improve lead response workflows and pipeline visibility
✔ Strengthen reporting systems and marketing accountability
✔ Deliver measurable improvements in inquiry-to-enrollment conversion
✔ Build smoother coordination between marketing, operations, and enrollment teams

REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
✔ 2+ years in growth marketing, CRM marketing, enrollment marketing, or marketing operations
✔ Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta preferred)
✔ Strong project management and operational thinking skills
✔ Excellent written and spoken English communication
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
✔ Comfortable leading initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment
