(Marketing + Automation + Conversion Role)
Remote | Full-Time | US Hours (Pacific overlap)

What You’ll Own (Your Impact)

  • Faster response time to new leads
  • Higher quality and volume of inquiries
  • Improved conversion (lead → booked → customer)
  • Clean, organized CRM pipelines
  • Clear reporting and continuous optimization


What You’ll Do

🔹 Growth Marketing (Primary)

  • Run and optimize Facebook / Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
  • Test audiences, creatives, and offers
  • Track results and continuously improve performance
  • Maintain a simple monthly campaign plan

🔹 CRM & Lead Conversion (Primary)

  • Manage lead follow-ups (email, SMS, calls)
  • Build and improve GoHighLevel automations
  • Ensure every lead has a clear status and next step
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy (tags, notes, stages)

🔹 Operations & System Support (Secondary)

  • Support onboarding and scheduling workflows
  • Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales

🔹 Continuous Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel
  • Improve workflows, automations, and messaging
  • Deliver weekly updates + monthly performance reports


Tools You’ll Use

  • GoHighLevel (CRM + automation)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)
  • Basecamp
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)


What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in:
    • Digital marketing / paid ads
    • CRM / marketing operations
    • Sales or lead conversion pipelines
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Mindset

  • You think in systems, not just tasks
  • You care about conversion, not just traffic
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented
  • You can manage multiple moving parts independently

Bonus

  • GoHighLevel experience
  • Experience with service-based or education businesses
  • Copywriting or campaign messaging experience
