[LTA-HR] ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING)[What you will be working on]
The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA's purpose of delivering a people-centric land transport system and delivers future-ready solutions based on organisational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalisation activities. The key responsibilities include the following:
Workforce Planning
- Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models.
- Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs.
- Evaluate manpower requirements for new initiatives and growth areas and put up right-sized manpower proposals, including assessing workforce, budget and downstream organisational implications.
- Review workforce movements against plans, and recommend timely course-correction actions where required.
- Support workforce establishment management, including the creation, tracking and monitoring of headcount positions.
- Support the quarterly billing process for manpower projects, including monitoring of actual vs. budgeted amounts.
Digitalisation
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards and reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Support existing HR digital transformation efforts with a view of automating processes, e.g. by identifying processes that could be re-designed and exploring new technologies to enhance operations, including the implementation of RPA, paperless and chatbot solutions.
- Identify opportunities and apply knowledge of relevant technologies to improve HR efficiency. This requires the individual to keep abreast of current and future HR technological trends and developments.
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in digitalisation or automation tools, preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI or other digital tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player who can build rapport across all levels.
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations; experience in HR planning would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
