Job Summary:
Location: Medical Office Building - MWHAddress: 717 N 190th Plaza - Elkhorn, NE
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5pm
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient clinics and physician practices. Provides leadership and oversight to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals. Partners with providers, department leaders, and support teams to optimize workflows, improve quality outcomes, and support employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Supervise staff and daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow, timely access to care, and excellent customer service.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
Support implementation of organizational initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Assist in resolving patient complaints.
Monitor clinic productivity, staffing utilization, and operational expenses.
Serve as a liaison between providers, clinic staff, and organizational leadership.
Promote a patient-centered culture focused on service excellence and quality care.
Performs job duties of a phlebotomist.

Job Requirements
Education:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years previous healthcare experience required.
1 year supervisory experience preferred.
License/Certification:
Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) or eligibility through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent credentialing body required.
Skills/Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and ambulatory care workflows.
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs), scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
