You will act as a key strategic connector between newly acquired dealer floorplan relationships and broader indirect banking products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality dealer experience across regions. The position combines hands-on dealer engagement with team leadership responsibilities, requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution discipline. You will manage and coach a regional team of sales representatives while also directly engaging with dealer groups to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will play a critical role in expanding market penetration and driving channel alignment.
