Analista Financiero - SAP Specialist Cost

• SAP PPC Key User
  • Department responsible for costing process and related SAP set-up
  • Coordination of Business Plan implementation in SAP:
    • Costing Run
    • Surcharges upload to SAP
    • Routings process coordination
    • Others
  • Participation in standard key user activities at JuP1
• Coordinate and lead students focused on Product Costing activities
• Coordination of Manufacturing Variances process for Month End Closing and Current Forecast
• Material Controlling activities:
  • Control accuracy of Basket of Goods for Planned Product Cost (PPC) calculation.
  • Analyze monthly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) impacts in actuals and CF and its differentiation between internal and external factors, such as raw material and exchange rate, and render long term forecasts.
  • Maintain constant communication with central purchasing organization regarding localization projects, supplier last time buys and long-term strategies.
  • Direct consumables process owner (planning, usage deviations, etc.).
  • Transfer prices officer at JuP1/CTG for coordination and assurance of process follow up to be on compliance with central guidelines and directives.
  • Material accruals responsible at JuP1/CTG to follow up in collaboration with purchasing department.

• SAP expertise on costing module
• MS Office, excel intermediate to advanced level.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar field.
• Strong analytical skills-able to think analytically and work well with numbers.
• Team player, good with processes coordination.
• Good communication skills.
• Advanced English
