Job Description
The Resources & Business analyst plays a critical role in ensuring EBIT teams are properly staffed, supported, and positioned for success, while maintaining strong alignment with budgetary and financial objectives. This role partners closely with EBIT leadership, managers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Finance to coordinate staffing plans, onboarding activities, interview logistics, and day-to-day resource needs.
