🤝 What You’ll Do as a Warranty Coordinator:
As a Warranty Coordinator, you’ll support end-to-end warranty processes while maintaining accuracy and excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
Interpret job folders to prepare timely, accurate, and efficient warranty claims
Use Caterpillar systems including SIS, DBS, SIMSI, and SIB to research and process claims
Document requested parts and prepare all “Send It Back” Cat parts returns and shipments
Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain delivery records
Respond quickly and accurately to warranty-related questions
Perform routine accounting and clerical functions, including posting charges to work orders
Verify and balance credit card statements
Resolve warranty issues for shops, customers, and other Cat dealers
Maintain organized records and follow established warranty procedures
📋 What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of warranty-related experience, or related experience in construction, engine, or technical fields
1–2 years of data entry experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
