Service Supervisor

We are hiring a  Service Supervisor in Lufkin, Texas, to manage, supervise, and perform day-to-day operations of the Machinery Service Department.Service Supervisor Benefits: Great Work-Life Balance Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays Service Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise machine and engine repairs in the shop Schedule technicians to expedite repairs Act as in house Technical Communicator for service, parts and customers Coordinate parts orders and component repairs Monitor service expenses and technician overtime Address customer complaints and concerns Ensure all invoices are collected on time Open, edit, review and invoice work orders Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office Service Supervisor Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Ag Systems Management, Business, mechanical or other related field or tenured work experience in field Strong Computer skills Positive, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain good working relationships Ability to think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A basic understanding of engines (gas and diesel), hydraulic systems, transmissions, A/C, air and hydraulic brake systems, and planetary gear assemblies Strongly Preferred Experience: 2 years experience in a supervisory role Knowledge of Cat Systems
