The Sr. Logistics Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations in China, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient delivery through cross-functional coordination. He/she shall oversee service providers to drive performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, and utilize data insights to support cost control, operational optimization, and logistics-related projects.

This position reports to the China Logistics Fulfillment Leader and is part of the Business Operations located in Shanghai and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations in China, including import/export, and domestic transportation, ensuring on time and compliant delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, Planning, Trade Compliance and overseas counter parts) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor and resolve logistics exceptions independently to maintain delivery performance and compliance.
• Manage logistics service providers (freight forwarders, carriers), tracking performance, cost, and compliance, and driving service improvements.
• Analyze logistics data (transportation, fulfillment, shipping cost) to support cost control, budgeting, and operational optimization; contribute to regional cost saving initiatives.
• Lead & participate in logistics projects, drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, typically 5+ years of logistics experience, covering at least two of the following: domestic transportation/distribution, warehousing & Import/Export.
• Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills, proven experience to handle complex operations & communication.
• Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement experience (Lean/ Kaizen/ DBS preferred)
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent business English both in written and orally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with RPA, Power BI, or ERP/logistics systems (e.g., Oracle, TMS & etc) is a plus.
