This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director, C&F Stop Loss based in the United States.

This is a senior-level, high-impact sales leadership role focused on driving growth within the Employer Stop Loss market across a designated U.S. region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding producer relationships, and strengthening market presence in a competitive and evolving insurance landscape. The role requires deep expertise in stop loss products and a strong ability to translate complex risk and underwriting concepts into clear value propositions for partners and clients. You will work closely with underwriting, claims, marketing, and executive leadership teams to align commercial strategy and optimize performance. A key part of the role involves identifying new distribution opportunities, improving underperforming channels, and ensuring long-term producer engagement and profitability. This is a highly collaborative yet autonomous position, combining strategic planning, relationship management, and hands-on market execution. You will also represent the organization at industry events, helping to elevate visibility and strengthen external partnerships.
