Engineering Manager

Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution and technical delivery of industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally.

• Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design to start-up).

• Ensure proper implementation of technical solutions, plant layouts, and equipment integration.

• Support international sites during commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization.

• Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.

• Review engineering documentation (P&IDs, drawings, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and multiple projects.

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

• 7- 10 years’ experience in EPC or industrial project environments.

• Strong background in commissioning, plant construction, and multidisciplinary projects.

• Solid knowledge of engineering standards and documentation.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Availability to travel (30%)

Bachelor’s degree (or higher)

English, Spanish (at least one required)
